Bank signatories. Finally under control.

Centralise your group’s bank signing authorities: who can sign what, on which account, in which entity. From update to signature to bank submission.

Built by treasurers, for treasurers

The problem

All of treasury has gone digital.
Bank signing authorities have not.

No version is authoritative

Excel files, Word documents, scanned PDFs. Every entity keeps its own truth, and nobody holds the right one.

Departed signatories, still active

A former employee can still sign without anyone knowing. It is the first fraud risk, and the least watched.

Weeks for a single update

Every mandate must be rewritten, approved, signed and sent. The process is so long the mandate is already outdated by the time it reaches the bank.

“A signatory who had left six months earlier could still sign on the group’s accounts.”

The product

One platform, end to end.

Repository, updates, approval, signature, archiving: one system to manage your signatories and signing authorities.

01 · Repository

Your entire perimeter, structured.

Entities, accounts, signatories, signing groups, amount thresholds by transaction type. The answer is there, current, in seconds.

  • Group-wide and per-entity view
  • Signing groups and thresholds by transaction type
  • We import your existing data

02 · Mass update

One departure, every account, a few clicks.

Remove or add a signatory across all their accounts in a single operation. Kable regenerates every mandate, ready for signature.

Weeks of mandate updates, down to one morning.

  • Mandates regenerated in batch
  • Templates per bank and per entity
  • Submission tracked for every bank

03 · Approval and signature

Your process, enforced everywhere.

The workflow is configured centrally and executed by subsidiaries, each within its own scope. The signature adapts to each bank: simple or advanced electronic, or a paper circuit.

  • Workflows per bank and per country
  • eIDAS-compliant e-signature
  • Each subsidiary sees only its scope

04 · Audit trail

Every change, traced and proven.

Who changed what, when, approved by whom: the full history, tamper-proof. Signed mandates are archived in one place, retrieved in seconds.

  • Timestamped history for every mandate
  • Central archive of signed originals
  • Every bank submission documented, with its proof
  • Instant answers for your auditors

Who it’s for

Multi-entity groups

Mid-caps and groups, in France and abroad. Holdings, subsidiaries, stakes: the whole perimeter in one system.

Multi-bank

From dozens to several hundred accounts. Built for how French banks work, open to foreign banks.

No IT project

We import your existing data; light rollout, no integration with your systems to get started.

“Ten years in corporate treasury taught me one thing: nobody can say with certainty who can sign what. Bank signing authorities are the great forgotten of digitalisation.”

Before Kable, I was a treasurer at several CAC 40 groups. Keeping bank signatory authorities up to date was part of my scope: people joining, leaving, changing roles, continuously.

The manual process is so slow that sometimes, before an update cycle even finishes, new changes are already waiting. You end up chasing your own mandates.

I built Kable to pull treasury teams out of that loop: Excel, paper reminders, registered mail, bank-by-bank tracking, everything that makes this topic painful and risky.

About

What is Kable?

Kable is a SaaS platform for managing bank signing authorities, built for corporate treasury teams. It centralises a group’s legal entities, bank accounts, banks and signatories, generates bank mandates in the format each bank expects, routes approvals and signatures through a configurable workflow, and keeps an immutable audit trail of every change. Kable is hosted in the European Union and GDPR-compliant. Setup takes 48 hours: import of existing data, configuration of signing rules, then mandate generation.

The lifecycle of a bank mandate

Preparation The mandate is generated from the referential: entity, account, bank, signatories and signing rules.
Approval Internal approvers validate the update, following the workflow defined for the bank.
Signature Legal representatives sign the document, electronically or on paper.
Bank submission The signed mandate is sent to the bank, with its proof of dispatch stored.
Active The mandate is authoritative: it states who can sign what on the account.
Archived Superseded by a newer version, it stays available for audit.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get started?

Most teams are live within 48 hours. You send us your existing files (entities, accounts, signatories), we import the data and configure your signing rules with you. No re-keying on your side. The most complex groups take about a week.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Kable is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, and GDPR-compliant. Access is controlled by role and by entity, and every change is recorded in an immutable audit trail.

What banks and countries do you support?

Every bank has its own mandate format: that is exactly the problem Kable solves. We model your banks and their formats during onboarding, and the platform generates each document in the expected format. If we do not cover a format yet, we add it with you, at no extra cost.

Is Kable compatible with eBAM and ISO 20022?

Yes. Kable is built around the eBAM (Electronic Bank Account Management) ecosystem and the ISO 20022 standards: your signing authorities are structured in the framework banks and TMSs already know, ready for electronic transmission the day your banks accept it.

How much does Kable cost?

Kable is an annual licence per group, priced on the number of entities and banks. Onboarding, data migration and support are included. You get a range at the first conversation and a quote after the demo.

Can I import my existing signatory data?

Absolutely. Send us your spreadsheets and we handle the migration. No manual entry required.

Do you support electronic signatures?

Yes. Kable integrates with e-signature providers. Both physical and electronic signatures are supported.

Do you support SSO and user provisioning?

Access is controlled by role and by entity. For SSO (SAML) and automated user provisioning, tell us what your group needs and we scope it together during onboarding.

What if we stop? Do we get our data back?

Yes. Your data is yours: on request and at the end of your contract, we return all of your data and generated documents in standard formats.

Can multiple people work on the same mandates?

Yes. Role-based permissions let you control who can view, edit, approve, or submit, entity by entity.
